There’s something very satisfying about rolling casino dice that we’ve managed to capture in our newest game, Roll the Dice. Based on a traditional Chinese table game, Roll the Dice features seven different betting options that are easy to choose from. After placing your bet, simply roll those dice and cross your fingers; if your bet shows up on any of the three dice, you get paid.

Players born the year of the Rooster in Chinese zodiac may consider betting on the Rooster in Roll the Dice. Alternatively, you could bet the Gold Coin, which traditionally represent wealth and good fortune. The Prawn is another popular bet; it may not be part of the Zodiac, but it’s featured in many delicious Chinese dishes. Other betting options include the Gourd, Crab, and Fish, and they’re all artistically designed. With the exception of the Triple, all icons offer the same payouts.

 

Roll the Dice Payouts

If you successfully bet an icon that shows up on one of the three dice, you get a standard 1:1 payout. Double payouts (2:1) occur if you bet an icon that shows up on two dice. This will happen an average of 44% of the time (16/36). For those special occasions where your prediction shows up on all three dice, you get a 3:1 payout – unless you bet the Triple at the start of the round.

With a 30:1 payout, the Triple pays far more than any of the previously mentioned bets. It’s also the riskiest of the bets, as the probability of all three dice landing in the same position is 1/36. If you live by the Go big or go home mantra, the Triple’s for you. You could turn a $25 bet into a $750 payout.
